I thought there was a dreamy (foggy?) air about Kaoshiung in October. Made me feel kind of lazy in this city, as compared to Taipei. And with the famous islands like Kenting just a few hours bus ride away, the laid back feel is strong – been thinking about going back to that southern end of Taiwan to spend a week or two on the islands…hehe – the travel bug is biting again…
Good morning, Kaohsiung! From our hotel at the back station of Kaohsiung Station (remember my press about getting lost in the station?) 🙂
Started the day of shopping at Dream Mall, the first international class mall in Kaoshiung. Kind of chillax day 🙂
After a day at Dream Mall, we visited the Kaohsiung Tower which offers a bird-eye view of Kaoshiung. Of the wharf – Kaohsiung is after all a port city.
Last stop of the day was the Fishermen’s Wharf. Most of the pictures turned out blur – we were either very tired or our cameras were 😛 Had dinner with a harbour view.
Well, I call this just another dreamy day in Kaoshiung… 🙂
